Donna Green, who has 15 years experience working in BC’s tourism industry, founded the company in 2003. Donna has travelled extensively to mountain bike and developed the idea for the company when it was her turn to plan a trip for some friends from California. She realized there was little information available on mountain biking opportunities in BC despite the notoriety of the region’s trails and terrain.
Ride the Shore Inc. knows experienced mountain bikers aren’t always interested in a traditional guided tour format. The company set out to pull all the components of a package together, yet give experienced mountain bikers the flexibility to plan their own rides. We are happy to provide suggestions on itineraries, accommodation, and aprés-ride pubs, but the final decisions are yours.
