All clients booking a trip through Ride the Shore Inc. will be required to sign a comprehensive release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks and indemnity agreement prior to or at the beginning of their trip. A copy of this agreement (PDF) is available on this page. You may print it off and fax the signed and completed form to Ride the Shore Inc at (604) 736-2454. Or, you can complete the form once you arrive in Vancouver. This agreement will affect your legal rights and we recommend that you read it carefully.

*It is important that you are aware that riding on the North Shore, in Squamish, and in Whistler is very different than what you may be used to. Due to the climate and topography of the Coast Mountain range, trails can be very steep and rugged. Be aware that the risk of injury is considerable.
