Getting Here
Ride the Shore Inc. service starts once you reach Vancouver. The easiest way to get to Vancouver is by air. There are direct flights to Vancouver International Airport (YVR) from several US cities as well as all major cities across Canada. Carriers offering direct service to Vancouver include Air Canada, United, American Airlines, Alaska/Horizon Airlines, Continental Airlines, American West, and Delta Airlines. Bikes (boxed) are sometimes carried without charge as part of your baggage allowance. Check with your airline.
You can also fly into Seattle, WA and drive to Vancouver (approximately 3 hours). Please note that Ride the Shore Inc. is not able to assist with rental cars in Seattle at present. If you choose to rent a vehicle in Seattle, please ensure it’s licensed and insured for travel to Canada.

*It is important that you are aware that riding on the North Shore, in Squamish, and in Whistler is very different than what you may be used to. Due to the climate and topography of the Coast Mountain range, trails can be very steep and rugged. Be aware that the risk of injury is considerable.
